O R D E R:
The following transfers and postings of IPS officers are notified with immediate
effect:

1. Sri T.A.Tripathi,IPS (RR:87), Addl.DGP(Org) is transferred and posted as Director
General, Fire Services, A.P.,Hyderabad. in the existing vacancy.

2. Sri Mohd.Ahsan Reza, IPS(RR:91), IGP who is waiting for posting is posted as
Spl.Secretary to Home Department by creating an Ex-cadre post in the rank of
IGP.

3. Sri Madireddy Pratap, IPS(RR:91), IGP who is waiting for posting is posted as
Director General, SPF, A.P.,Hyderabad by creating an Ex-cadre post in the rank of
IGP.

4. Sri P.S.R.Anjaneyulu, IPS(RR:92), IGP, Grey Hounds, A.P.,Hyderabad is
transferred and posted as Director, Police Communications & Computers, A.P.,
Hyderabad by creating an Ex-cadre post in the rank of IGP.

5. Sri Kripanand Tripathi Ujela,IPS(RR:94), IGP who is waiting for posting is posted
as IGP, Home Guards, A.P, Hyderabad in the existing vacancy.

6. Sri Atul Singh,IPS(RR:95), IGP, North Coastal Zone is transferred and posted as
Chairman, SLPRB & IGP (Training) by creating an ex-cadre post in the rank of IGP.

7. Sri G.Suryaprakasa Rao, IPS(SPS:96), Director, Prohibition &Excise Enforcement,
A.P. is transferred and he is directed to report at Police Hqrts, A.P., Hyderabad.

8. Sri N.Madhusudan Reddy, IPS(RR:97), DIG, Intelligence, A.P., Hyderabad is
transferred and posted as DIG(Personnel & Organization) by creating an Ex-cadre
post in the rank of DIG.

9. Sri E.Damodar,IPS(SPS:98), Jt.Director, RBVRR, APPA, Hyderabad is transferred
and posted as Director, Prohibition & Excise Enforcement, A.P., Hyderabad vice
Sri G.Suryaprakasa Rao, IPS(SPS:96).

10. Sri S.Syamsunder,IPS (RR:05), SP who is waiting for posting is posted as SP, In-
charge Police Transport Organisation, A.P., Hyderabad by creating an Ex-cadre
post in the rank of SP.

11. Sri P.Venkatrami Reddy,IPS(SPS), SP who is waiting for posting is posted as

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Information and Public
Relations, Hyderabad in the reference 2 nd read above, Government after careful
examination of the matter, Sri S.Srinivasa Jeevan, Assistant Director, O/o. the
Commissioner, Information & Public Relations, Hyderabad, is hereby transferred
and posted as Assistant Director, State Information Centre, Vijayawada, Krishna
District, in the existing vacancy, duly relaxing the ban orders on transfers issued in
the reference 1 st read above.
2. The Commissioner, Information and Public Relations, Hyderabad shall take
necessary action accordingly.

ORDER:-
In the reference second read above, the Director (Staff), Government of India,
Ministry of Communications & Information Technology Department of Posts have placed
the services of Smt.K.Sandhya Rani, IPoS, at the disposal of Government of Andhra
Pradesh on deputation, initially for a period of two years. The officer has reported in
General Administration Department on 5.12.2014.
2.  In the reference fifth read above, Smt.K.Sandhya Rani, IPoS, has been posted as
Commissioner, School Education.
3. The term of deputation of Smt.K.Sandhya Rani, IPoS, shall commence from
5.12.2014 for a period of two years. She shall be subject to the terms and conditions
appended to this order.

1) Tenure of Deputation:
The period of deputation of Smt.K.Sandhya Rani, IPoS, to the Government
of Andhra Pradesh will be initially for a period of two (2) years from 5.12.2014
unless extended further.
2) Pay and Allowances:
During the period of deputation the Officer will draw the grade pay of the
post in her parent Department.
3) Joining time :
While on deputation, the Officer will draw TTA/TA/DA in respect of her
work with the Corporation under State Government of Andhra Pradesh Rules.
The Officer will be entitled to the joining time both on joining the post on
deputation and on repatriation there from to the parent department. The
expenditure on this account will be borne by the borrowing Organisation.
4) Leave:
The Officer is entitled to Leave Travel Concession and Leave would be as
per the norms of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
5) Leave Salary and Pension Contribution:
During the period of deputation the borrowing organization will pay leave
salary and pension contribution at the rates enforced from time to time in
accordance with the orders issued by the Government. The Officer will not be
allowed to join any pension scheme of State Government of Andhra Pradesh.
The rates of leave salary and pension contributions shall be intimated by her
cadre controlling authority.
6) Disability Leave:
The borrowing organization will be liable to pay leave salary in respect of
disability leave granted on account of disability, if any, incurred while on
deputation even though such disability manifests itself after the termination of
deputation subject to the condition, that period of such recurrence should be
limited to 3 months after the termination of deputation.
7) Provident Fund Benefits:
The Officer shall continue to subscribe to the General Provident Fund as she
was subscribing prior to proceeding on deputation. The borrowing organization
shall be responsible to forward her contribution on monthly basis to the
authorities concerned.
8) Extra-ordinary Pension/Gratuity:
This will be regulated in accordance with the Ministry of Finance (Department of
Expenditure) O.M.No.F.19(23).EV(A)/64, dated 2 nd August, 1965, as modified from time
to time.
9) Payment of Group Insurance Scheme:
In case the Officer is a member of the Central Government Employee Group
Insurance Scheme, 1980, the borrowing organization will effect the recovery of the
subscription and credit the same to the relevant Head of Account. If at any time the
recovery of the subscription falls in arrears, the same shall be recovered with interest as
admissible under the scheme on the accretions to the saving funds in not more than
three installments.
10) Residential Accommodation:
The Officer will be entitled to Residential Accommodation according to the
rules of State Government of Andhra Pradesh.
11) Medical facilities:
During the period of deputation the Officer will be entitled to these facilities
under the rules of State Government of Andhra Pradesh, but in any case not
lower than those available for an Officer of his status in his parent cadre.
12) Leave Travel Concession:
The Officer would be entitled to Leave Travel Concession under Central
Government/State Government concerned Rules and the expenditure thereof will
be borne by the borrowing organization.
13) Risk Injuries:
The borrowing organization would be liable to pay on account of Risks,
Injuries, Damages or other consequences arising during the period of deputation
under its rules.
14) Adjustment of Over Payments:
Over payments, if any, made by the borrowing organization will be
recovered from the officer even after the expiry of the term of his/her deputation
with the State Government of Andhra Pradesh.
15) Residual Matters:
While on deputation the officer shall be entitled to all other facilities as
admissible to the executives of his status in the State Government of Andhra
Pradesh. In matters relating to conditions of service not covered by these terms
and conditions, the Officer shall be governed by the rules, regulations and orders
as applicable to Government servants of Andhra Pradesh.
