ORDER:-
In the G.O. 10th read above, revised guidelines were issued in respect of
eligibility criteria with regard to selection of beneficiaries under Deepam
scheme.

2. In the G.O. 11th read above, Government have constituted Gram
Panchyat / Mandal / Municipality committees to conduct verification of existing
pensions and collection and finalization of the new pension applications. To
bring uniformity, it is decided that beneficiaries under Deepam scheme shall
also be identified by these Janmabhoomi Committees for selection of LPG
Deepam beneficiaries.

3. Therefore, the following shall be substituted at para No.2 (ii) and 2 (iii)
in G.O. 10th read above.

(Including (1) BC, (1) SC, (1) ST in each committee):

4. The above Committees shall be nominated as per the procedure laid
down in G.O.Ms.No.135, PR&RD Dept., dated 17.9.2014 and verify the
applications requesting for grant of LPG connection under Deepam scheme,
write findings and handover at MPDOs / Municipal Commissioner’s offices.

5. The other instructions and guidelines issued from time to time shall also be
followed.
