Dt: June 2015.
O R D E R
In the G.O 1st read above, Government have issued orders to provide all
clearances required for starting and operating an industry within 21 working days at
Single Point through an Information Technology enabled platform with an aim to
improve the ease of doing business in the State of the Andhra Pradesh under
Andhra Pradesh Single Desk Policy, 2015.
2. Government after careful examination of the Single Desk Policy, hereby
issue amendment to the para 8 of G.O. Ms. No.35, Industries & Commerce (IP&
INF) Department, Dt: 29.04.2015 and also introduce the Para 10 as below:
Para 10. GRIEVANCE / APPEAL:
(a) In the first instance, all District level grievances will be referred to the
Commissioner of Industries. All grievances will be disposed within 30 days by
the Commissioner of Industries. In the event an applicant is aggrieved by the
order of the Commissioner, he may make an application for review to the
Empowered Committee. All such appeals shall be disposed within 30 days by
the Empowered Committee; and
(b) In the event of an applicant being aggrieved by any order of the Bureau, he
can make an application for review to the Empowered Committee. All such
applications will be disposed within 30 days by the Empowered Committee.
3. A copy of the Andhra Pradesh Single Desk Policy, 2015 as corrected is
enclosed as Annexure to this order.
4. The Director of Industries, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary
action in the matter accordingly.

O R D E R:
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 9B of
Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Amendment Act, 2015, Act No.10
of 2015, Dt.27.03.2015, the following Notification is hereby issued:
NOTIFICATION
The Government of Andhra Pradesh has decided, in principle, for
establishment of District Mineral Foundations in each of (13) Districts of
Andhra Pradesh State, being mineral bearing Districts.
The object of the District Mineral Foundation shall be to work for the
interest and benefit of the persons and the areas affected by mining related
operations in such manner as may be prescribed by the State Government.
The composition and functions of the District Mineral Foundation will be
prescribed by the State Government in due course.
