In the reference read above, the Commissioner & Director of Municipal
Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has requested the transfer
proposal of Smt. M.Jyothi, Secondary Grade Teacher, Madanapalle
Municipality to Tirupathi Municipal Corporation, Tirupathi on spouse grounds
as her husband has been working as MPHEO at Community Health &
Nutrition Cluster, Tirupathi, Chittoor District.
2. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord
permission to transfer Smt. M.Jyothi, Secondary Grade Teacher, Madanapalle
Municipality to Tirupathi Municipal Corporation Tirupathi on spouse grounds.
subject to availability of vacancy and without payment of TTA/TA at joining
time and the individual foregoing her seniority in the old unit and take last rank
in the new unit.
3. The Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take further action accordingly.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (DCM-III)
