ORDER :-
In the reference 3rd read above, orders were issued appointing
Justice
K.L.Manjunath
(Retd), as Chairman, A.P.Commission for Backward Classes,
Hyderabad
for a term of three years from the date of assumption of office in terms of
Section 4 (1) of A.P.Commission for Backward Classes (Act No.20 of 1993) as amended
by Act No.2 of 2000.
2. In the
reference 4th read above, Government have notified the
assumption of
charge as
Chairman, A.P.Commission for Backward Classes Hyderabad on the AN of 29.01.2016.
3. In the
reference 5th read above, the Member Secretary,
A.P.Commission for
Backward
Classes, Hyderabad has requested the Government for appointment of
Members,
A.P.Commission for Backward Classes, Hyderabad.
4.
Government after examining the matter in detail have decided to appoint
Members of
the A.P.Commission for Backward Classes.
5. The
Government hereby direct that the following notification shall be
published
in the Extraordinary issue of A.P.Gezetted dated.24.02.2016.
NOTIFICATION
In
exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of Andhra Pradesh
Commission
for Backward Classes Act, 1993 (Act No.20 of 1993), the Government hereby
appoint the following Members for A.P.Commission for Backward Classes :-

6. The
Members of A.P.Commission for Backward classes shall hold office for a
terms of
three years from the date of assumption of office or Co-terminus with the Office
of the Chairman, A.P.Commission for Backward Classes which ever is earlier.
