O R D E R:
With the increased focus on IT Industry
for creation of jobs in AP, Govt of AP has formulated multiple policies and
incentives for attracting IT & ITeS companies. One of them is to take
private built up spaces on lease basis, which helps companies to jump start
quickly and start their operations.
2. In this regard, the Government
hereby constitutes a committee for finalizing the lease rentals on uniform basis, for this
purpose with the following members:
i. Sri. Ratnakar Jauhari, CEO,
e-Governance Authority
ii. Executive Director, APIIC /
Representative of respective UDA
iii. SE, R&B Dept of respective
District.
iv. Sri. Shiva Kumar, Vice Chairman,
Visakhapatnam
v. Sri. A.S Rao from IIT, Hyderabad,
3. The committee shall meet
periodically and take up the applications received from private developers for fixation &
finalization of appropriate lease rentals for IT office spaces.

until further orders, for the two Societies mentioned hereunder, in place of Secretary,
ITE&C, vide orders issued at 2nd read above hitherto.
i. Andhra Pradesh IT & Electronics
Agency (APIT&EA)
ii. Andhra Pradesh Innovation Society
(APIS)
2. The CEOs of the respective Societies
shall obtain necessary approval from their Governing Councils and after approval
of Government at this Department, carry out appropriate amendments to the
Bye-Laws of the said Societies accordingly to this effect.
