ORDER:
In the references 1st to 3rd read above, orders were issued
appointing twenty (21) Additional District Judges
as District Judges
under rule 4 (2) (b) (i) of the Andhra Pradesh
State Judicial Service
Rules,2007. In the reference 4th read above, the
Registrar (Recruitment),
High Court of Judicature for the State of Telangana
and the State of
Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad while furnishing the
names of all the
twenty one (21) District Judges, have requested to
fix their inter se
seniority.
2. As per rule 13 (c) of the Andhra Pradesh State
Judicial Service
Rules, 2007, whenever two or more candidates
appointed simultaneously
to the service, the appointing authority at the
time of passing orders of
appointment, fix the inter-se-seniority as per the
order of merit.
3. After careful examination of the matter, the
Governor hereby fix
the inter se seniority among the following District
Judges (Entry Level),
appointed in the three said G.Os as proposed by the
High Court of
Judicature,
Hyderabad.
