The following notification shall be
published in the Andhra Pradesh State
Gazette, Part-V Extraordinary issue,
dated:08.03.2016.
NOTIFICATION
Whereas, the Governor of Andhra
Pradesh is of opinion that the Anglo-Indian
Community needs representation in the
Fourteenth Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh as constituted
under the provisions of the Constitution of India and is not adequately
represented therein:
Now, therefore, in exercise of the
powers conferred on him by Article 333 of
the said Constitution, the Governor of
Andhra Pradesh is pleased to nominate Sri Phillip C Tocher, to be a Member of
the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly.
