ORDER:-
In the Govt. orders 1st read above, the Commissioner
& Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad was permitted to notify 323
backlog posts of SGTs (Urdu Medium) of DSC-2006 and DSC-2008 which were not filled
due to non- availability of candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC categories, for
Limited Recruitment.
2. In the Govt. orders 2nd read above, AP Direct
Recruitment of Teachers (Scheme of Selection) Rules, 2011 for the Limited
Recruitment of Secondary Grade Teachers (Urdu Medium) have been issued.
3. In the letter 3rd read above, the Commissioner
& Director of School Education, AP, Hyderabad has informed that in
pursuance of the orders issued in the references 1st and 2nd read above limited recruitment was conducted
against the 323 posts notified, 11 candidates appeared for the examination
pertaining to 9 posts. Therefore the Commissioner & Director of School Education, AP, Hyderabad has requested to
accord permission to
allot the left over 314 posts (323 minus 9) of Secondary
Grade Teachers (UM) to Open Competition as per Rule 22(g), 22(h) (i) of the
A.P. State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.
4. After careful examination of the matter, Government
hereby allot 314 posts of SGT (U.M) to open competition as per Rule 22 (g), 22
(h) (I) & (II) of the A.P. State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 and
permit the Commissioner & Director of School Education, AP, Hyderabad to
initiate the process of direct recruitment to fill up these 314 posts of
Secondary Grade
Teachers (Urdu Medium) as shown in the annexure to this
order.
