O R D E R: -

In the G.Os 1st to 9th read above orders were issued according sanction for

establishment of 65 new Government Degree Colleges at various places in the State during the academic years 2008-09 and 2009-10 while indicating that orders regarding staff will be issued separately.

2. In the G.O. 10th read above orders were also issued sanctioning of 65 Principal posts to the said 65 new Government Degree Colleges in the State.

3. The Commissioner of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter 11th read above proposed sanction of the regular Teaching and Non-teaching posts to the new Government Degree Colleges in the State for smooth functioning of the Colleges and requested to sanction the following Teaching and Non-teaching posts to the newly established 65 Govt. Degree Colleges for effective functioning of the Colleges:-

4. In the reference 13th read above, the Commissioner of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad has requested to sanction atleast 2/3rd Teaching and Non-teaching posts i.e 607 Teaching posts, 388 Non-teaching posts as detailed below, besides providing required budget for the 1st phase during the current financial year 2011-12 for effective running of the newly sanctioned 65 Government Degree Colleges in the State:-

5. In the reference 14th read above, the Higher Education Department have now proposed to accord sanction for creation of 607 Teaching posts under first phase in 65 new Government Degree Colleges in the State.

6. After careful examination of the matter, the Government hereby accord sanction for creation of 607 Teaching Posts (i.e., Lecturers) in the UGC-2006 Scale of pay of Rs.15600-39100 under first phase to 65 new Government Degree Colleges, which were established during the academic years 2008-09 and 2009-10 respectively.

7. Government, also accord permission for out-sourcing the following 388 non-teaching staff in the said 65 new Government Degree Colleges in the State, duly following the guidelines issued by the Government on out-sourcing basis from time to time.
