O R D E R:

In the G.O. 1 st read above, Government have issued orders declaring the General Holidays under
N.I.Act, 1881 for the year 2015.

2)  In the letter 2nd read above, the Convenor, United Forum of Bank Unions State Unit, Hyderabad has requested to declare holiday on the Occasion of Holi.

3) The Government, after careful consideration of the matter, have decided to declare the Holiday on
the occasion of HOLI on 06.03.2015 (Friday) under the Explanation to Section 25 of the Negotiable
Instruments Act, 1881(Central Act XXVI of 1881). Accordingly, the following notification is issued and shall be published in the extra-ordinary Gazette of Telangana State:

                           NOTIFICATION

In partial modification of the orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.996, General Administration (Poll.A)
Department, dated 05.11.2014, the Government hereby declare 06.03.2015 (Friday) as Public Holiday on the occasion of Holi, under N.I.Act, 1881.
