ENERGY DEPARTMENT- STRIKES - Prohibition of strikes in all services under the
Singareni Collieries Company Limited under the provisions of the Andhra
Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971 (A.P.Act 20 of 1971) for a
further period of (6) months – Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
The following Notification shall be published in the Extra-ordinary Issue of
the Telangana State Gazette, dated: 10.03.2015.

                      NOTIFICATION

Whereas, in the G.O. read above the Government have declared any
service in Singareni Collieries Company Limited is an essential service under the
provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971,
(A.P.Act No.20 of 1971);

2. And whereas, the Government is satisfied that it is necessary and
expedient to prohibit strikes in public interest in any services in Singareni
Collieries Company Limited for a further period of six (6) months;

3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) &
(3) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971
(A.P.Act 20 of 1971), the Government of Telangana hereby prohibits strikes in
all the services under the Singareni Collieries Company Limited for a further
period of six (6) months with effect from 11.03.2015.
