ORDER:
In the reference 1 st read above, orders were issued to provide personal
Assistant to MLC on deputation basis from the Government Departments
upto the cadre of Senior Assistant, subject to certain conditions mentioned
therein.
2.  In the reference 2 nd read above, the District Collector, Nizamabad
District has informed that Sri M.S. Prabhakar Rao, Hon’ble M.L.C., T.S.,
Hyderabad had proposed the name of Sri J.Jashwanth Rao, School Asst.,
Z.P.H.S. Krishnajiwadi, Tadwai Mandal, Nizamabad District to appoint the
individual as personal Assistant to him. Therefore, the District Collector has
requested to appoint said employee as personal assistant to Hon’ble MLC in
relaxation of rules/conditions in the G.O. 1 st read above.
4.  After  careful  examination,  Government  hereby  appoint
Sri J.Jashwanth Rao, School Asst., Z.P.H.S. Krishnajiwadi, Tadwai Mandal
Nizamabad District as Personal Assistant to Sri M.S. Prabhakar Rao, Hon’ble
M.L.C., T.S., Hyderabad on deputation basis in relaxation of the
rules/conditions mentioned in the G.O. 1 st read above with immediate effect.
5.  The District Collector & Magistrate, Nizamabad District, Telangana
State shall take necessary action in the matter.
