Read the following:-

ORDER:-
In the circumstances explained by the the Commissioner & Director of
Agricultural Marketing, AP.,Hyderabad/Commissioner of Horticulture, AP.,Hyd. in
the references 1 st  & 2 nd read above and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order
issued vide G.O. 3 rd read above, the Government after careful examination, hereby
accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 56,47,27,000/-(Rupees Fifty Six
Crores, Forty Seven Lakhs and Twenty Seven Thousands only) towards Construction
of Godowns under the following head of Account:-

2. The proposed works are construction of Godowns and they will take some more
time to grounding . The amount of Rs.56.47,27,000/- released as per BRO issued in
third read above will be utilized to take up the said works and the said amount is
now ordered to be kept in 8443- Public Works deposits by book adjustment with the
Pay & Accounts Officer, Vijayawada.

3. The Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, AP.,Hyderabad shall issue
distribution orders in the financial year 2015-16 based on the actual necessity for
transferring the funds to the respective Executive Engineers.

4. The Executive Engineers, Agricultural Marketing, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada,
Guntur and YSR Kadapa are hereby attached as Drawing & Disbursing Officers with
respective Pay & Accounts Officers at Visakhapatnam, Guntur and Assistant Pay &
Accounts Officer,, Kadapa.

5. Based on the said distribution orders the Pay & Accounts Officer, Vijayawada will
transfer the funds to the concerned PAO/APAOs under whom the Executive
Engineers are Drawing & Disbursing Officers.

6... The Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, ,AP.,Hyd., shall take
further necessary action accordingly.

7. This order issues based on the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance
(EBS-II-A-C-AHFCS-E) Department vide G.O. 2 nd read above.
